10 days of revival

Date: 10/28 – 11/06

We will end these last 10 days asking God for a revival and that the church experiments a supernatural move of the Holy Spirit and that we may see answers to our prayers.

Acts 9:31 ”So the church throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria had peace, being edified; and, walking in the fear of the Lord and in the comfort of the Holy Spirit, was multiplied.”

Matthew 16:18 “And I also say unto thee, that thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it.”

1. Long for revival in your life, in your city and in the nation.

Habakkuk 3:2 “ O Jehovah, I have heard the report of thee, and am afraid: O Jehovah, revive thy work in the midst of the years; In the midst of the years make it known; In wrath remember mercy .”

2. We will pray to see manifestations of the power of God and that we be witnesses of His glory.

Mark 16:17-18 “ And these signs shall accompany them that believe: in my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak with [ a ]new tongues; 18 they shall take up serpents, and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall in no wise hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover. ”

3. We need to pray to have the power of God over your life. These are times to be empowered to fulfill the great commission.

Acts 1:8 ”But ye shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be my witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea and Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

4. Evangelism is a facet of revival. Pray that God may give you compassion for souls and that you may be a messenger leading many to salvation.

Proverbs 24:11-12 “Deliver them that are carried away unto death, And those that are ready to be slain see that thou hold back. If thou sayest, Behold, we knew not this; Doth not he that weighted the hearts consider it? And he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he knows it? And shall not he render to every man according to his work?”

5. Prayer is another facet of revival that you must have. More prayer, more power, less prayer, less power!

Acts 12:5 “Peter therefore was kept in the prison: but prayer was made earnestly of the church unto God for him”

Ezekiel 9:4 “And Jehovah said unto him, Go through the midst of the city, through the midst of Jerusalem, and set a mark upon the foreheads of the men that sigh and that cry over all the abominations that are done in the midst thereof.”

6. Service is another facet of revival that will make you diligent and make you strive to serve God and others wholeheartedly.

Exodus 23:25-26 “And ye shall serve Jehovah your God, and he will bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee. There shall none cast her young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil. ”

Joshua 24:15b “but as for me and my house, we will serve Jehovah”.

7. Revival will make you a suitable helper for other people and it will cause you to serve your community.

2 Timothy 2:2 “And the things which thou hast heard from me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also.”

8. Desire for the fruits of the Holy Spirit to do the work of God.

1 Corinthians 12:7-11 “But to each one is given the manifestation of the Spirit to profit withal. For to one is given through the Spirit the word of wisdom; and to another the word of knowledge, according to the same Spirit: to another faith, in the same Spirit; and to another gifts of healings, in the one Spirit; and to another workings of [ a ]miracles; and to another prophecy; and to another discerning of spirits: to another divers kinds of tongues; and to another the interpretation of tongues: but all these worketh the one and the same Spirit, dividing to each one severally even as he will. ”

Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, meekness, self-control; against such there is no law. ”

THAT IS WHY WE DECLARE TOGETHER: Romans 8:32 “ He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things?”
