Amada familia de ICALL, que alegría nos da poder llegar a sus hogares a través de esta carta, deseando que la bendición del Todopoderoso esté sobre su vida y la de su familia.

Después de tres meses sin congregarnos en nuestra casa espiritual, nos complace anunciarles que las puertas de nuestra Iglesia se volverán a abrir para todos el Domingo 28 de Junio.

              Estamos consientes de todo el daño que ha traído a nuestro país esta pandemia, y damos gracias a Dios por Su protección y Su provisión en la familia de ICALL durante estos últimos meses. Para volver a abrir las puertas de nuestra iglesia es muy importante que cumplamos rigurosamente con estos nuevos cambios y ajustes que el Departamento de Salud Pública del Estado de California (Siglas en ingles: CDPH) nos está requiriendo para abrir nuevamente nuestras puertas.

 

A continuación está una lista de cambios y requisitos que serán implementados a partir del Domingo 28 de Junio en la Iglesia Camino a la Luz para hacer de nuestra casa espiritual un lugar seguro para todos:

 

CUANDO LLEGUES A LA IGLESIA:

• Habrá un equipo preparado afuera del edificio para estará encargado de revisar la temperatura con un termómetro infrarrojo a TODAS las personas (incluyendo niños). En caso que un adulto tenga 100.4°F o mas y/o un niño 100°F o mas, se le estará pidiendo por el bien de usted y su familia, y por el bien de todas las personas que estén adentro del edificio, que por favor pueda ver el servicio online desde su hogar (Servicio en line por nuestro canal de Youtube).

• También se estará proporcionando alcohol en gel para reducir el riesgo de la propagación del virus COVID-19.

• Queremos pedirle que si usted o alguien de su familia tiene síntomas como: tos frecuente, calentura o fiebre, dificultad para respirar, dolor de garganta, escalofríos, dolor muscular, o si han estado en contacto con una persona que ha tenido el virus COVID-19; por favor quedarse en su casa y desde allí, ver el servicio en línea.

 

USO DE MASCARILLAS:

• TODOS LOS MIEMBROS DE SU FAMILIA DEBERAN TRAER Y TENER PUESTAS la mascarilla cubriendo la nariz y la boca (de acuerdo con CDPH niños menores de 2 años no pueden usar mascarillas). Si usted no ha podido conseguir una mascarilla puede pedir al grupo de ujieres que le estarán entregando una.

• Todos los miembros de su familia, tendrán que usar la mascarilla desde que llega al estacionamiento de la Iglesia hasta por lo menos el momento que termine el tiempo de alabanza. Y cuando termine el servicio, tendrá que ponerse la mascarilla otra vez hasta llegar adentro de su carro.

EL ESTACIONAMIENTO DE LA IGLESIA DEBERA TENER LA MASCARILLA PUESTA.

• Si durante el servicio usted o alguien de su familia necesita ir al baño, deberán ponerse la mascarillas.

• LAS MASCARILLAS LE PROTEJEN A USTED Y TODOS LOS DEMAS! POR FAVOR USELA TODO EL TIEMPO QUE PUEDA.

 

DISTANCIAMIENTO SOCIAL

• Para cuidar de su salud y la de su familia, estaremos pidiendo a líderes, ujieres, miembros y visitantes de ICALL que se respete una distancia de 6 pies.

• Los miembros de la misma familia pueden permanecer juntos todo el tiempo, pero manteniendo la distancia con personas que no son de su misma familia.

• Tendremos las sillas separadas, es decir que SOLAMENTE LOS MIEMBROS DE LA MISMA    FAMILIA pueden sentarse juntos, los demás por favor pedimos respetar las órdenes que el Estado de California está sugiriendo para las Iglesias y sentarse en las sillas separadas.

• Para mantener el distanciamiento social todo el tiempo, vamos a dejar entrar al baño 2 adultos a la vez. Y recuerde que los niños deberán ir al baño con un mayor para asegurarse que se laven las manos correctamente y para que los niños vuelvan a sus lugares inmediatamente.

 

NUESTRA PARTE COMO IGLESIA:

• Aumentaremos la limpieza y la desinfección, ANTES Y DESPUES del servicio se desinfectaran las sillas, puertas, instrumentos, micrófonos, baños y más.

• Nuestros ujieres estarán usando guantes descartables y mascarillas todo el tiempo.

• NO se podrá entrar a la COCINA, a la NURSERY ni a los SALONES.

• Los niños deberán permanecer con sus padres, abuelos o encargados TODO EL TIEMPO. Por ahora no estaremos teniendo clases, pero seguiremos enviando el material a los niños y pre-teen para que tengan su clase en sus hogares durante la semana.

• Tiempo de ofrenda, el ujier pasará por cada hilera para recoger la ofrenda en una caja.

• Cuando tengamos Santa Cena, se entregarán vasos ya listos con el jugo y el pan.

• El servicio será de: 5:00pm a 6:30pm. Se podrá entrar al edificio a partir de las 4:50pm y al finalizar seremos todos despedidos para poder seguir con la desinfección del lugar.

• Solo los ujieres encargados podrán permanecer para terminar con todo lo asignado.

• LOS NIÑOS NO PODRÁN CORRER NI ESTAR SOLOS  EN NINGÚN MOMENTO!

• Para reducir el riesgo al contagio, el bebedero (water fountain) estará cerrado. Por favor traer a la Iglesia su propia botella de agua.

• También para reducir el riesgo de contagio TODOS LOS PRESENTES se abstendrán de: darse la mano, abrazarse o dar besos, recuerde mantener la distancia todo el tiempo.

 

Si todos cumplimos con estos requisitos que el Departamento de Salud de California ha puesto a las Iglesias, podremos seguir congregándonos para alabar a nuestro Dios y lo más importante, estaremos cuidando la salud de todos y evitando el contagio del virus COVID-19.

Beloved ICALL family, what a joy it gives us to reach your homes through this letter, wishing that the Lord’s blessings be upon your life and your family.

After three months without gathering in our spiritual home, we are pleased to announce that the doors of our Church will reopen for everyone on Sunday, June 28th.

We are aware of all the damage this pandemic has brought to our country and we thank God for His protection and His provision within the ICALL family in the previous months. In order to reopen the doors of our church, it is very important that we rigorously comply with the new changes and adjustments that the Department of Public Health of the State of California (CDPH) has placed.

 

Below is a list of changes and requirements that we will be implementing starting Sunday, June 28th  at ICALL to make our spiritual home a safe place for everyone:

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO CHURCH:

- There will be a team outside the building checking the temperature with an infrared thermometer for ALL people (including children). In the event that an adult is 100.4°F or higher and/or a child 100°F or higher, the team will ask you to watch the service online through our YouTube channel from your home. This is for the safety of you and your family as well as everyone inside the building.

- Hand sanitizer will be provided to reduce the risk of spreading the COVID-19.

- If you or someone in your family has symptoms like: frequent cough, fever, shortness of breath, sore throat, chills, muscle pain, or if you/them have been in contact with a person who has had the COVID-19; it will be greatly appreciated if you stay at home and watch the online service from there.

 

THE USE OF MASKS:

- ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR FAMILY MUST BRING AND WARE their face mask covering the nose and mouth (according to the CDPH, children under 2 years old should not wear a face mask). If you do not have a face mask, please ask an usher and you will be provided with one.

- All of your family members will have to wear the mask from the moment you arrive at the Church’s parking lot until the worship ends. And when the service is over, you will have to wear your face mask again until you get inside of your car.

- If during the service you or someone in your family needs to go to the bathroom, please go with your face masks on.

- THE FACE MASK PROTECTS YOU AND EVERYONE ELSE! PLEASE USE IT AS LONG AS YOU CAN.

 

 

SOCIAL DISTANCING:

- To take care of your health and the health of your family, we will be asking ICALL leaders, ushers, members and visitors to respect a distance of 6 feet.

- Members of the same family can stay together all the time, but keeping distance with people who are not from the same family.

- The chairs will be separate, meaning that ONLY MEMBERS OF THE SAME FAMILY can sit together. To respect the requirements that the State of California is suggesting for Churches we ask you to maintain the distance with other families and sit by yourself.

- To maintain social distance at all times, we are allowing 2 adults to enter the bathroom at the same time. Children will need to go to the bathroom with an adult to make sure they wash their hands properly and return to their seats immediately.

 

OUR PART AS A CHURCH:

- We will increase cleaning and disinfection BEFORE AND AFTER the service including chairs, doors, instruments, microphones, bathrooms and more.

- Our ushers will be wearing disposable gloves and face masks at all times.

- It is NOT permitted to enter the KITCHEN, NURSERY or the KIDS ROOMS.

- Children must stay with their parents, grandparents or guardians ALL TIME. Currently we will not be having Sunday classes. We will continue with the classes at home during the week by providing the material as the teachers have been doing.

- To prevent the spread of the virus, ushers will be passing through each row to collect the offering with a box.

- When we celebrate the Holy Supper, pre-filled cups will be provided.

- The service will be from: 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. The doors will open at 4:50pm and at the end of the service we will be dismissed to disinfect the building.

- Only the assigned ushers will remain in the building to finish their task.

- CHILDREN CANNOT RUN OR BE ALONE IN THE BUILDING AT ANY TIME!

- To reduce the risk of contagion, water fountain will be closed. Please bring your own bottle of water to church.

- To reduce the risk of contagion, ALL THE ATTENDEES should not: shake hands, hug or kiss, remember to keep your distance at all times.

 

If we all meet these requirements that the California Department of Health has demanded the Churches, we will be able to gather and worship our Lord, but most importantly we will be taking care of everyone's health and avoiding the spread of the COVID-19.
